Getting Started

Search in Clasp

Clasp's search is a full-page experience. Open search by clicking the Search icon in the top left sidebar.

The search indexes everything in your workspace: Cases, Calendar, Tasks, Messages, Emails, Documents, Signatures, and Contacts. It matches case names, contact names, document titles, task names, message content, and other indexed record fields.

Clasp uses advanced indexing to search the smallest details in documents, emails, tasks etc.

Enter your query in the search field. Results appear across all entity types automatically. Use the filter chips at the top—All, Cases, Calendar, Tasks, Messages, Emails, Documents, Signatures, and Contacts—to narrow results by type.

Click a calendar event result to open Calendar at the event's date with its details displayed.

Tips

Search works across titles, names, and content. You do not need to select a filter before typing; results update instantly across all indexed types.
