Trouble Logging In
If you're having trouble signing in to Clasp, a few common issues can cause login problems. Clasp does not use passwords. You sign in with either Google sign-in or an email one-time passcode (OTP).
Fix login issues
Work through these steps to resolve the most common sign-in problems.
Check that you're using the correct email address associated with your Clasp account. This must match the email your firm administrator used when inviting you.
If you're signing in with Google sign-in, make sure you're signing in with the correct Google account. If you're signed into multiple Google accounts in your browser, try signing out of all other accounts first.
If you're signing in with Email sign-in, check your inbox and spam folder for the one-time passcode email. The email comes from Clasp and contains a 6-digit code that expires after a short period.
Request a new one-time passcode by entering your email address again on the sign-in page. Wait a few seconds for the email to arrive before requesting another.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then close and reopen your browser before trying again.
Make sure you're using a supported browser. Chrome and Safari are recommended for the best experience.
If none of the above works, contact your firm administrator to confirm your account is active and that your access has not been removed.
If your firm uses SSO on the Enterprise plan, contact your IT administrator for login issues. Clasp support cannot reset SSO credentials.
