Update Your Personal Profile
Your personal profile in Clasp includes your name, profile photo, and job title. You can edit these details at any time. Keeping this information current helps your teammates identify you across cases, tasks, and messages throughout your workspace.
Update your profile
Click Settings in the left sidebar.
Select the Account & Security tab.
Under Personal Profile, update your First Name, Last Name, Job Title, or upload a new Profile Photo.
Then click Save.
Your profile photo and name appear on case assignments, task comments, @mentions, and messages across your entire workspace.
Upload a clear headshot so teammates can quickly identify who is working on what.
